Garage - Spring 2006

This garage was built for total storage as you can see by the lawn mower! Our customer needed storage space, privacy, and room for possible living quarters, so we went to work designing this garage sporting 500lb clear span trusses allowing for freedom of movement without support post obstructing vehicle doors. This 36 foot x 40 foot garage has 12 foot ceiling down stairs and a full 8 foot ceiling hieght upstairs. We set this building on 4 foot frost walls surronded by crushed stone 5 feet deep x 4 feet wide for ample drainage. Water, sewer, and electric are sleeved through the concrete underground for later instalation. The windows will have to be cut in later, but for now this was just what the customer ordered and they love it!
