New Cape - 2007-2008

Our customer wanted a cape home but with a twist for privacy so we redesigned the basic cape house to fit their needs. This home is a delight from the antique kitchen with soap stone sink and counter tops to the open balcony office over looking the great room with brick double flue chimney and Vermont Castings wood stove this place has it all! Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry on the main level, recreation room over the 28' x 26' garage, walk out basement, hardwood floors, and a tiled his & her shower in the master bath. I am sad to say we cannot show interior pics per request of our customer.
